Coppice clearance of dangerous ash, sycamore and larch in Sheepscombe, Cotswolds. Originally, these large specimens were overhanging a narrow lane running into the village causing damage to the retaining stone wall and were a danger to the public. Others had to be cleared within the coppice to provide space for re-planting and opportunities for further young tree development. Felled trees were processed for logging or were set aside for plank production.
